Refund & Return Policy

We value your satisfaction. Please review our comprehensive policy to understand how returns and refunds are handled.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all seals and labels intact. Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Proof of purchase—such as your order number, receipt, or confirmation email—is required for all returns.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, tested, or partially used due to hygiene considerations. For any doubts about the condition of your product before returning, please contact our support team for guidance.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used products, including makeup, skincare, and personal care items.
  • Promotional items, samples, or gifts with purchase.
  • Gift cards and e‑gift certificates.
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non‑returnable.

If you received a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately. Such cases are treated separately and may be eligible for return or exchange even if the product is non-returnable.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mistrends.site with your order number and details about the item you want to return. Our customer service team will respond with instructions and a return authorization number (RA number) if applicable.

Once you receive the RA number, securely package the item along with a copy of your invoice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return your item. Mist Cosmetics is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

After we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to verify its condition. This inspection ensures the item meets our eligibility criteria. You will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds & Processing

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account can vary depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Refunds may also be issued as store credit or gift cards upon request. If your return is rejected due to signs of use or tampering, the item will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@mistrends.site with a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. Once your exchange is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is out of stock, we may issue a refund or allow you to select an alternative product of equal value.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund when applicable.

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse your shipping costs. Please retain your shipping receipt and share it with us to facilitate reimbursement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@mistrends.site. We will investigate the delay and ensure your refund is processed correctly.

International Returns

Customers outside India may return eligible items by following the same process described above. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes incurred during the return process. Returns must be clearly marked as “Returned Merchandise” on the customs declaration form to avoid additional charges.

We recommend using a reliable international shipping service with tracking. Refunds will be issued in the original currency of purchase at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the refund. Mist Cosmetics is not responsible for changes in exchange rates or bank fees.
